Who we are
Arwen is a trained Personal Trainer (NASM), a former dancer, and a power- and workout enthusiast. She is a passionate martial artist practitioner and is educated in breathwork, meditation, and elements of Qi Gong. She is also a Yoga teacher and belongs to the Yoga Reliance/USA. Arwen loves stretching.
