Zen Mindful Fitness

Zen mindful Fitness honors your body, mind, and spirit. We believe that true success comes from harmonizing all three elements for lasting achievement!

We provide online fitness training to anyone and any adult age group who needs a sanctuary approach to getting fit and realigned in spirit and soul. We respect our bodies, minds, and spirits with every breath and movement we take.
The Zen Mindful movement was founded in 2023 by Arwen Evergreen. Her mantra is: we do fitness for the imperfect perfect bodies. No one is too thin, too thick, too old, too young, or too little or too much to change and steel body, mind, and spirit to self-fulfillment. We are all warriors on our paths through life. Let us get strong so we can be soft when needed.

Trainer

Who we are

Arwen is a certified personal trainer (NASM), a former dancer, and a workout and power training enthusiast. She is a passionate martial arts practitioner and is educated in  elements of Qi Gong and breathwork. Arwen loves stretching.  She is a certified yoga teacher and a member of the Yoga Alliance/USA.
