All our classes incorporate elements of body and mind relaxation through meditation and inward focus. Change is a mindful switch. We know this and wish to share this wisdom with you.
Our classes are very diverse and suitable for all kinds of locations.
It's always a good idea to watch our courses first at home so that you can fully understand all the information and tips, allowing you to apply them to your next own training session.
The classes are recorded videos (not live), so you can watch them at your convenience and at your own pace. You are more than welcome to just watch the classes for inspiration. If, however, you would like to actively follow along with a class to do exercises, you can easily do so.

If you do book our 1 to 1 individual classes, these are live sessions and you need to book the time with the instructor individually. Classes are held via zoom.

Get to know me

Arwen is a certified personal trainer (NASM), a former dancer, and a workout and power training enthusiast. She is passionate about martial arts and is educated in  elements of Qi Gong and breathwork. Arwen loves stretching.  She is a certified yoga teacher and a member of the Yoga Alliance/USA.
